Crystal clear: Cold pressed and pure
At low temperatures, not cold resistant components such as waxes, mucilage and glycerides precipitate out, for example in sunflower, rapeseed or sesame oil – sediments form and the oil becomes cloudy.
With the Winterisation for cold-pressed oils, we have developed a solution that allows waxes to be crystallised in a controlled manner and then filtered. As a result, the cooking oil gains its cold stability and thus becomes unmistakably clear.
