For the animal feed industry the soybean is an excellent supplier of an easily digestible and highly compatible protein for animals. Raw soybeans, however, being poorly digestible, first have to be processed. The anti-nutritive factors (ANF) can have a negative effect on animals and have to be reduced before feeding.
Be it the processing with extruder, expander or toaster – Reinartz offers an optimal solution for your requirements. Even cold pressing of soya poses no problem for the Reinartz presses which have proven excellent results.
Rapeseed cake, a residue product of the mechanical oil pressing process with Reinartz screw presses, provides more options. Containing valuable proteins, the press cake can be used efficiently as high-quality fodder. As domestic protein supplier, rapeseed cake also called rapeseed expeller, is a cost-effective alternative to other raw materials and has established itself as high-grade protein supplier in the last years.
With our specially developed pressing method we ensure low temperatures of the press cake and hence preservation of the valuable proteins. This application is unrivalled on the market and due to provided high product safety there is a great demand as equipment for producers of protein.
