We are proud that REINARTZ will supply the new HiProMine S.A. facility in Karkoszów, Poland, one of the largest facilities in Europe for producing insect-based products. Our technologies enable the industrial-scale processing of dried Black Soldier Fly larvae (Hermetia illucens). This order adds to our company’s series of major insect projects. We look forward to collaborating again with HiProMine S.A.!
Effective January 24, 2023, a new EU law allows the use of house crickets in food products. Insects are nutritious and high in protein, with a favorable ecological footprint compared to livestock like pigs and cattle, producing fewer greenhouse gases.
