go-Inno – progress through innovation
In order to obtain high-quality proteins from the rapeseed press cake, the resulting temperatures in the press must be regulated with pinpoint accuracy. This is now possible thanks to a newly developed cooling method. Our project on this functional protein recovery, in cooperation with the consulting company abc GmbH, was funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics as part of the “go-Inno” program. Here, companies are supported in the preparation and implementation of product and technical process innovations.
